          PROFILE:

          • Kandiss has been a member of the Screen Actor’s Guild since 2003.

            Some of her acting credits include films with visionary director Spike Lee, Inside Man, She Hate Me. Other work includes an Off-Broadway production of All That I Will Ever Be, by Academy Award winning writer Alan Ball.

            Kandiss has also been a part of a national print campaign for the Philip Morris assistance program QuitAssist. This ad eventually became a national television ad which ran for two years.

          • She has studied with renowned acting coachSusan Batson at her acting school Black Nexxus Inc.

            After training for four years, Kandiss was hired by Batson to teach a basic level class at Black Nexxus as well
